Introduction Text It's time to get down to business...MAN UP! (being too nice to myself hasn't been working so its time to go drill sargeant and get tough!) I've used Sparkpeople successfully in the past. Its when I stop logging on that the trouble comes in. Now I'm back and I'm determined to change my lifestyle to make this work for me. I am always searching for new friends so send me a message or leave a comment! A few goals: 1. Workout 5x (or more a week) 2. Blog (or Vlog) 3x a week (Due February 29, 2012) Reward: New makeup from MAC 3. Make up all missed workouts (Due March 31, 2012) Reward: New running shoes 4. Sign up for and complete a 5k (Due: March 31, 2012) Reward: Nike Running Pants 5. Only eat out once per week (Due: February 15, 2012) Reward: $100 to spend at the mall I will also be placing $20 in a Savings Account for every pound I LOSE.
