    This is so neat! I found this team today... I have ICMYT by Paul McKenna on my bookshelf collecting dust from last summer when I had bought it at a yard sale. I have yet to read it or listen to the CD. Would you give me a few tips about it? I am so tired of reading fitness books that do not work. Obviously though, by the looks of your team, it is a good one. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!

    Try listening to the CD at least. It takes a while to build up momentum, but is well worth waiting for. I think I'm easy to hypnotise, I can do self hypnosis almost, and doze off almost immediately. I think that once it starts to straighten your head out, everything else follows. I'm still nervous about new situations, but I no longer talk myself out of doing them, and I don't automatically assume that if things go wrong, it's my fault. If it is, I now have enough confidence to take the blame, apologise and move on without flaying myself alive every time I shut my eyes. Good luck, keep in touch, a little support can help.
