Hi, I am almost 57 and still dealing with my weight. Being low thyroid doesnt help . I am a 5 yr survivor of breast cancer. I am feeling better now I have been on thyroid med and taking some vit. D supplements and all my vitiamens also. I try not to feel guilty about it the weight but I want to lose at least 20 to 30 pds. I did the Prism weight loss plan. I did lose alot almost 20 pounds but have gained some back. I got to get back on track soon. I try and go to the gym 3 x aweek. But need to up it to 4 and see if that help. Along with eating good foods also. I try to snack on fruit and almonds. My problem is eating late at nights. I was up to 180 pds. I felt ugly and discouraged. Still feel defeated at times any encouragement is helpful. I hope to someday able to hike up Badger mt. Anyone up to the challange? take care and God bles. Sheila

My Program:
home : the ball and treadmill(when I use it) ha And just walking and hand weights.I am also doing a tape of Leslie Sansoms. I have a gym membership need to use at least 3x a week or more.

Hi, I live in Eastern Wash. state. I am married 35 yrs. 2 kido's grown out of the home. I now have 6 grandson's , hopefully a grandgirl someday. I have 1 cat, Maxi Not working at a real job right now. My roll right now to feel better and be here being a grandma.


Other Information:
I enjoy crocheting, reading books and magazines, I enjoy watching Survivors and my Dr. House show. Playing on the computer.My new thing is making cards. I need to start also doing some scaping some pictures.
