I have been with Sparkpeople since Dec 2009 and active since Mar 2010. I lost 30 pounds but have been refinding 10 and losing it again. COnsidering a very stressful year, I am not too distressed over it. I have learned how to bounce back after a 'relapse'. I think this site is amazing.

Goal weight-142

Eating healthy for life!

Be active with grandchildren.

Take hiking or biking vacation.

My Program:
 6 fruits and veggies daily

consume 8 glasses of water.

give up soda

stay within calorie range

exercise 5 days a week


Personal Information:
I am 52 years old, married 32 years, 3 children, 5 perfect grandchildren.

I believe I am to be a good steward of the one body God, the father, has blessed me with.

 I enjoy quilting, reading, sewing, family.
