The new me - in progress
2020 - This year is for me. I've spent most of my life neglecting myself and taking care of everyone else but now it's time to take care of me.
1) Start on my journey with the 100 Days of Weight Loss Book and Journal, I plan on reading it and using the information that I learn.
2) Exercising more, right now I spend the majority of my day either commuting or sitting at my desk at work staring at a computer. The lack of exercise is really starting to hurt me.

3) I got a Fitbit for Christmas, I'm hoping this will help motivate me to get my steps in.
4) Spending more time with God.
5) Quit stressing over everything that is out of my control.
6) Keep repeating everyday that I can do this and I'm doing this for me so that I can be around longer and be here for my dh, my son's and my granddaughter.

My long term goals are to learn a new lifestyle and to be healthy. I want to be able to enjoy my life with my new husband and to be around for my children and granddaughter.
My Program:
to track my food on a daily basis and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Increase my exercise as much as possible.
To read blogs, make new friends and join teams for motivation and support.
