The arthritis stretches before I bike help me from getting sore, and if when I finally get off hte bike, I am really sore, I repeat one or two of the flexibility stretches that help. But you are right, immediately after I can't just pop up off the bike, I have to weight a few minutes to deal with it. Those stretches really help so I don't feel butt sore the next day. And I don't bike two days in a row, I alternate with walking videos by Leslie Sansone that move my muscles in different ways. 3 days ago
