    If you do join - one thing I didn't understand is that they set your calories really low at first, and then if you workout that day you can eat more. So don't freak if you think they're only allowing you to eat 1200 calories a day (which is what I did! Haha) That's only the recommended for days you don't workout. They really incorporate the whole "calories in vs. calories out approach, which I really like. Plus, the iPhone app is AMAZING. You can scan foods with a barcode using the camera on the phone and it will automatically bring up the info so you can easily add it to your food diary - SO NEAT and convenient!

    I haven't been on Spark that much lately. I actually decided to give another site a try because I found a good app for my iPhone from My Fitness Pal. So I've been using that site instead of Spark since January. I really like it. I thought I'd never be able to adapt to another site other than Spark, but it's been a good change. Something new to motivate me. Plus, I felt like a lot of my Spark friends were no longer on the site, so not much support on here for me lately!

    But glad you're making such great progress! Keep rocking it!
