I AM UNCOVERING THE REAL ME!
Hello, fellow Sparkers! Welcome to my page!
I'm here to lose weight for my health. I am dealing with several issues that have made it important: fibromyalgia, relapsing-remitting MS, and most recently Type II diabetes.
Throughout the years my weight has gone up and down; from 127 pounds, as a freshman in high school, to my peak weight of 354 pounds around the first week of January 2014. I'd been making very poor food choices and I'd also been covering up other ...
I'd been making very poor food choices and I'd also been covering up other issues with food as well.
Now I'm eating fewer carbs, drinking lots of water and improving the quality of the food I eat. I use the Spark-D plan to keep track of everything. I test my blood sugar 2-3 times a day.
I'm taking each day as it comes, and striving to do the best I can. I am working to be a more optimistic person, to emphasize the good and minimize the negative in life. I am taking control of my well-being.
I want to venture out into the world with more confidence. I want to free myself from fear and I want to be the best woman I can.
I am learning each day. I can make a positive change with each choice I make.
If God takes me to it He will get me through it!
