It has been too long since I have been able to post real weight loss. I have been losing a little, gaining it back, and then losing it again. I am making excuses and not being responsible for my health choices.

It is STOPPING here. I have the power to make each day count. It requires effort and time. Here is a list of what it requires of me:

~Log each bite and stay in my range
~Burn calories
~Post on my teams
~Drink 10 glasses of water
~Take vitamins
~Eat freggies
~Build strength by weight training
~Wear my pedo and get at least 10,000 steps
~Cook meals and stay away from processed food

There are too many people in this world counting on my health and happiness. With my extra weight I am not a happy person. I am not being the best mother, wife, teacher, daughter, sister, and friend I am capable of.

I want to feel good when I see a picture or myself and look good in a 'smokin hot' pair of jeans!!!

My Goals:
I no longer want to be a number.

My goal of losing 63.8 pounds would be entering the over weight catergory instead of obese.

After reaching that goal...I will be heading for the healthy category!

My Program:
* SP plan with goals
* Count calories every day
* No eating after 8 pm
*Walking/treadmill 5 days a week
* Drink water!!!
* Snack on fruits and veggies
* Cook more and eat out less
