Hi! I'm Jenn! I'm 31 and live in Ontario, close to the GTA. I always find it awkward this spiel about yourself but here goes. I'm a dedicated Step-a-holic, no seriously I love BodyStep, it a Les Mills class, Idon't mind Pump or Flow or Attack but I am truely in my element just me and my bench and a set of BodyStep tunes. In fact, I used to teach it but broke my ankle and kinda fell out of it (pun intended lol). Right now I generally try to hit as many step classes as I can, I'm training for a 30K in March and my new years resolution is to sneak the weights and yoga/pilates back into my routine. At my heaviest I weight 247, now I'm around 186 and my lowest 'comfortable' weight was around 150, and that's what I'm aiming for now.
I'm also focusing on my eating, after crazy days of super clean eating, I slipped back into ordering take-out and binge eating and drinking, especially after my Mother passed away. Right now I'm doing Jenny Craig, I figured it was what I needed to just straighten out my disordered eating at least temporarily until I could at least get my body used to normal calorie ranges. Now at halfway, I'm working in what are called "Day on My Own" where I eat balanced, healthy meals for a few days out of the week and I'm slowly weening off the Jenny food. Some comment on the ccost, but really I was eating every meal out + coffee, Tim's for breakfast, the $5 King Deal at Burger King and usually Harvest Burger/the falafel stand or Tim's again, I was spending just as much on crap food that I'm spending on the program. But it doesn't matter because it is working.
I will write more, but I feel satisfied that I've actually been able to write more than just Hi lol
