Hey I am Candi. I will be 33 in September. I have been fighting this weight battle for long time. Have insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia and PCOS so weight loss seems impossible. It's not going to stop me though. I am not giving up. I will get back to a healthy weight one way or the other. Just one day at a time. Back for round two! I can do this! Beginning weight for my Journey: 308lbs, Starting Weight: 304lbs (when I joined here) Current Weight: 268.8 lbs First goal to achieve: 294lbs. ~ Goal achieved on 8.15.2017 [x] Second goal to achieve: 280lbs. ~ Goal achieved on 10.26.2017 [x] Third goal to achieve: 250lbs. Long term Goal Weight: 150lbs and maintain that weight!

My Goals:

My Program:
Utilizing tools to eat right with diabetic nurse, exercise, and finding healthy recipes. Most of the exercises and recipes I have if I haven't made them myself, I found them on Pinterest, Facebook, etc. I am really into yoga. I love yoga. Mindful eating and not to obsess over number and food. I left my fitness pal because it triggered me to a relapse in my disorder eating and behavior. From what I seen on SparkPeople the atmosphere is much more friendly and supportive. I am glade I found it.

I have OCD and severe anxiety (along with many other things) and in my teens it led to anorexia and bulimia so I still have that mentality, but I am heavy because of my psych meds and other medical problems. Basically its a journey to food peace, body peace and learning the healthy things.


Basically finding something that works for me because conventionally what works for most doesn't work for me. So it been a long time struggle to find my own niche and figure out what fits me, wh
