Hello All-
I am new to Spark People and looking forward to meeting some great new friends. I joined this site once before but felled to wait around for any progress. So, here I am again! And this time I 'm not going anywhere unitl I reach my goal weight. HELLO ALL-
I am a 30yr old young lady from Alabama that has been over weight since I can remember. I have been in the deep south all my life. The heart of where everything is deep fried, cooked in fat, and the FOOD IS PLENTY. I have always been the cute girl with CHUBBY waist and I am so tired of hearing that. I know that this will not be an easy journey but, the success will be great. I HAVE FINALLY MADE UP IN MY MIND THAT I HAVE TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF. I WANT TO LIVE A LONG HEALTHY LIFE, I WANT TO SHOP ON THE NON-PLUS SIDE OF THE STORE, AND I WANT TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SEE ALL OF ME. I AM DETERMINED TO DO THIS (FOR ME AND NOBODY ELSE) HERE GOES...I have never been as motivated as I am now. I hope that you'll enjoy meeting the new me just as much as I will. I wish everyone nothing but GREATNESS and I hope you wish me the same.









~DON'T QUIT~
When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
And you feel like the biggest failure in town.

When you want to give up just because you gave in,
and forget all about being healthy and thin.

So What! You went over your points a bit,
It's your next move that counts...So don't you quit!

You can take on this challenge and beat it somehow."

But, often the struggler's, when loosing their grip,
Just throw in the towel and continue to slip.

And learn too late when the damage is done,
that the race wasn't over...they still could have won.

Lifestyle change can be awkward and slow,
but facing each challenge will help you grow.

Success is failure turned inside out,
the silver tint in a cloud of doubt.

When you're pushing to the brink, just refuse to submit,
If you bite it, you write it....But don't you quit!

My Goals:
I have learned that things work better if you have smaller goals that will amount to a big goal.
1st Goal- is to become more active and exercise more.
2nd Goal- is to stay positive and not give up.
3rd Goal-is to be healthy and feel good!
4th Goal- TO DROP THESE POUNDS!!


My Program:
I have pondered and pondered for about two weeks on what weight loss program to focus on and I decided that counting calories and Weight Watchers is going to be for me.
