Well this is 2019 and I pretty much lost all of 2018 . I did whatever I wanted after my knee surgery and my weight tells the story.... I am now at my highest weight since 2012 when I lost 55 pounds. I will have to work hard to get back to where I was before. I have done this before so I know it CAN be done .... just lots of determination and hard work and most of all......... getting back up when I fall !!

Well 2018 has been a crazy year for me I started with complete right knee replacement surgery the last week in February. It went far better than I thought but I was so focused on my physical well being that I let my eating go and gained a lot of weight back. Now I am trying to get my focus back on my eating also and turn this around . Its already september so I better suck it up buttercup !

This is 2017 and after playing around all of 2016 to end with a 5 pd gain at the end of the year... I'm hoping and planning to turn this around ! I want to get back to where I was in 2014. I maintained a loss for 2 years and now slowly I have started gaining for the last 2 years. I must stop now so I do not gain ALL of it back !!

Hi , My name is Christine. I live in the great state of Ky and am married to a wonderful husband. I'm very active in my church and love people. I feel like I've been on a diet my whole life. I've done everything imaginable and tried all kinds of diets and hope this time is the charm !

This is 2015 ! I ended 2014 with a yearly gain ! Not happy about it but it is what it is ! I DO NOT want to regain all my weight so I must NIP THIS IN THE BUD !! I must get my focus back and remember my goals. I never could push through my plateau and after a year I kinda gave up. slowly old habits crept back in and bad foods too ! I am having some knee and back issues so I hope that doesn't keep me from my goals but I aim to get back to it !!

"Being fat is hard. Losing weight is hard. Maintenance is hard. Choose your hard."

"There are no failures-just experiences and your reactions to them ."

Now its 2014 and I am trying to get the last half of my weight loss done !! I lost 55 pds in 2012 and I worked hard in 2013 only to maintain that loss. I need all the support of my spark friends who have done this to help me through !

I am not sure if I am in a lot better shape than you! I just really want to keep between 5-6 days of exercise! I bumped it up to 6 a while back but am finding it hard to keep up, for now! Maybe when the kids are at school, I could add Monday back in! For now, I'm going to go back to working out 5 days until they return to see how it works!

Yea, taking my two days off, back to back is a concern. I want to make sure that I do eat w/n my calorie range and not feel as though because I did not exercise that I should eat less...the guilt again!

You know, after looking back at my notes, on the days I was well rested, I actually lost better too. This weekend, I did not get any rest, mainly Saturday and Sunday. Then when I got on the scale this morning after using the bathroom, it actually went up! How does the scale increase after doing a #1 & TMI but I had to put that out there lol

Yes, better sleep + rest = better lost
