    WOAH!?? Not enough calories - girlfriend let me show you how its done !! I am an expert in calorie acquisition!!

    All jokes aside - actually I was also initially a bit low on the calories doing Atkins because after the induction phase (when I did have the cravings still) I had no cravings at all and generally didn't think about food. If you are hungry you need to eat to get past that (for me - its bacon that works like a charm, also, I make protein shakes with some coconut oil added in - that also lasts a long time)

    What plan are you on? Atkins works for me - but many of the others are very good also. I make a lot of crustless quiches with eggs, cream, bacon, spinach, mushrooms etc.. Butter chicken over cauliflower rice (yum).

    Thx for offer to chat over moving to a new city. It was hard to leave my 3 sisters also and right now I am not working so hard to meet people and that is why SP has been so great.
