Hey there! I lost 160 pounds in 10 months on a medically supervised liquid fast through my local hospital. I'm currently trying to maintain this weight and battle my B.E.D. one day at a time.

My Goals:
First: to reach my first goal weight of 195, then transition back into food and be the healthiest version of myself.
Second: to reach my ultimate goal weight of 165.
Third: to maintain my weight loss for skin removal surgery.
Fourth: to love myself, flaws and all.
My Program:
I'm on a medically supervised liquid fast at my hospital. That means I drink 5 shakes a day (that I get at the hospital) plus an additional 100 ounces of water. I am allowed things like sugar free gum and diet coke or other zero calorie drinks - but there is no solid food allowed.
In terms of exercise - I work out once a week with my trainer and try to do any homework she gives me. I do planks every day, and my goal is to work on my upper body strength so I am also working my way up to push ups. If RBG can do them - so should I. Finally, I'm an indoor-cycling fiend. I loooove it. I go 5-7 times a week to spin, and I also try to incorporate a bit of yoga, barre, and walks with my dog.
Personal Information:
I'm 29 and live with my best friend - my 7 year old Maltese Pomeranian! I love reading, crafting, spin class, and jamming out to a good song. I've come a really long way and I'm so excited for the next chapter of my life. I'm also 5'9" for those who've asked :)
