I'm going to order this book. It's similar to what I'm doing but will give me a road map. Congrats on your progress. (UPDATE - I just ordered the book and the accompanying cookbook. Appreciate that you mentioned it.) Big hug. 2994 days ago

Hi there. Yes, I do leave the inner most husks on and pull them back up. I also take a strip of the softer leaves and tie around the ear to keep the husks in place (and it looks pretty!). And I am still a tad embarrassed I forgot people use butter on corn on the cob. Isn't that like an All American thing??? LOL ... 3111 days ago

Hi there! I see you are catching up on my blogs! LOL ... I find it therapeutic to blog! It helps me sort stuff out in my brain.
The potholders are fabric on one side and quilted ironing board cover fabric on the other side. The ironing board cover fabric is heat resistant and is is thick. You can probably find it at any fabric store but if not, you can get it at Joann.com which is Joann Fabrics! Happy crafting ... even happier riding! 3128 days ago
