Hi I am Sarah.

1/12020 Doing the Winter 2020 5% Challenge that starts on January 11th. Excited to meet new friends and learn about stuff! I am hoping I meet the goal of around 174 pounds or so. Woo hoo part of the Shooting Stars Team!
8/2/2019: Thought I would start my most recent information up first. I am back to exercising as a beginning and right now doing 15 to 20 minutes of Leslie Sansone Youtube a day! Am not using the nutrition tracker at the moment but when I am less busy I may have to add it to lose the weight. I am not sure about that though. Trying to reach a 10 lb loss and I might as well aim for 177 again! Seems to be an important number to me.

I started Weight Watchers on 11/22/2014 and so far have lost 12 lbs. I love it and really think it works. I am excited about what I might weigh this April! The weight has really crept on in the last few years. I couldn't believe when I started weight watchers that I weighed 207 lbs. I cannot wait to get to 177. That is my first goal! Then I can start losing from there. It was 2 years ago that I weighed 177 and have it recorded in my diary. It's hard to believe I've gained so much weight in such a short amount of time. I am going to use both Sparkpeople and Weight Watchers. I am not leaving Sparkpeople. I like it better than WW because after all it is free so it might be good. Although I might now be a lifetime member of WW. Depends on how things turn out. But I do horribly without points. Points have totally saved me and my sanity!!!!
3/15/15 Update: Okay to update whatever I was blabbering about before! LOL. I have gotten over my weight watchers thing and am using spark people full time because I cannot afford weight watchers. I am loving the transition to the mobile app from WW's mobile app. So much better and it is FREE! I must say WW probably did help me figure out calories and how much I could have in a day so that did help and it is now easier to transition into just doing the calories and I did lose 17 lbs with WW. That said I am thrilled to be using spark people so much and I have increased my points to like 1000 from before just by downloading apps. I also have added fitness back in because there is something about using the Spark that makes you want to exercise. I was only recording my exercise before now that I realize there is so much more I am thrilled.
3/22/15 Updated: I am looking over my old blogs and realizing that I was at a decent weight at 175 being my lowest. I never went lower but this time I am really going to try. Right now at 188 I can't wait to get down to 175. I also realize looking at my old blogs I was in denial possibly and not really doing anything much about my weight. I mean I wasn't tracking the foods that I ate which is a big part of the whole thing. HUGE I would even say!
7/29/15 Updated: I am surpassing my goal at 174.2! I feel great and fit my clothes great. Can't wait to lose more!
10/25/15: Updated: Seem to be in a plateau but holding strong around 170. I got on the scale tonight and it was 170.2. I have to work extra hard now to get results. Slow but sure I know and thankfully there are inspiring stories out there. Also had my 6 year sparkaversary!
2/27/16: Updated: I am starting to track weighing every week by average so I will have my weight for each week and then an average next to it. You will see that next week. My new weight loss goal is to get to 155 and show a normal weigh on my BMI.
7/25/17: I'm back and addicted to Spark again! I have now discovered the Vegan diet and I am trying to follow it. Or as it is called by Joel Fuhrman, the Nutritarian Diet. I'm reading a book called The End of Heart Disease by Joel and am almost done it. I have lost 5 lbs so far and have started to track my weight and blog again. I am very happy with that accomplishment. My goal is to reach 150 lbs and be normal weight!!!
7/22/18: I'm back and trying to get motivated to clean, exercise and live a good life. I guess my goal has always been to reach a normal weight. LOL. I guess I can look back and laugh. Right now my goal is 177. I am just aiming for a good weight which I think is around that number for me. Right now I am 10 lbs (at least) over it. I will be on here pushing again with the nutrition tracker as soon as I figure it all out again.
9/19/18: Have lowered my "normal" weight goal from 150 to 165 or so for now. Am in the mid 180s now and hope to reach my goal or maintain if I can.
3/2/19: Doing well with losing 2 lbs again. I was at 188 and now I am at 186.2 this week! I have only been tracking food but hope to get down to a better weight and I am also hoping to add in exercise again. Started a new Spark Team about Marie Kondo who inspires me. I thought there was a need for it and hope I am right. She is very popular in my area! I do sense a weight pattern! I keep coming back after gaining 10 lbs and then losing the same 10 lbs all over again. I have to work on that.
