I will find my happy, silly self again, and in the process get my weight in the healthy range again... It isn't going to be easy since I will be doing it on my own. I have to let go of an awful lot of hurt and push myself like never before, but I'm tired of being in background of life. I'm not going to keep letting my job come before my family life, and if I don't get my energy level up it will always have control over me!!! Enough is Enough....

To pay attention to the foods that I eat and why I eat when I do eat.
To make the best food choices possible.

To Journal, to release my mind of all unnecessary cluture, to let it go.

To enjoy my days, not be consumed with doubt and sadness.

To be the best mom & wife possible

And along the way love the person that I am.

My Program:
No Program ! However I seriously need one!!!

I need to be in a boot camp!! I need to get my butt chewed out for not staying on task!!!

I also need support and friendship, to pick me up when I fall so that I stop running away when I can't do it anymore. .

Personal Information:
I have been married almost 18 years to my wonderful hubby who I love whole heartedly. I have two daughters who keep me on my toes and make me want to pull my hair out. But I owe them my life.
We have 2 cats, our oldest, 11 year old black cat Anakin who rules the home front, next I adopted a 6 day old gray kitten who is now 2.5 yrs old, Mouse, whose a barn cat( went for a nightly hunt and we got hammered with 2+ft of snow and he hasn't been home since =( We now have the plessure of taking care of a 4 month old Chihuahua/Dachshund named Loomie who reminds me everyday why I don't want any more babies in the house!

Other Information:
Um lets see, believe it or not I have a hard time talking about the "good" things about me. I enjoy being with friends and extended family. I love entertaining. Some of my favorite hobbies are Scrapbooking, card making, jewelry making, painting & cake decorating.

    How are you coping, I have plateau'd this week, so need to grit my teeth and keep of the scales until my body has got over it's hissy fit. I'm being taken to karate class tonight! I made the mistake of saying to my son, a first dan, that I had really enjoyed karate when he was growing up! Before I knew what was happening he had arranged for me to join the class for beginners, which is before the one he takes, and lo and behold I'm going! Sumo wrestling would be more suitable. So watch this space! Hope you are well and not struggling too much, today is a new day remember.

    How are you doing this week? I read the bit on your page about not being comfortable talking about the good times? I had a girlfriend over a while ago, she was my best friend all through high school, but I hadn't seen her since. She remarked on the fact that I have no photos up anywhere. I was in tears trying to explain that I hate photos, they remind you of times that were happy and laughing, and you know it didn't last for long. There I'm crying again! Is that the sort of thing you meant? emoticon

    Thanks for your comments, I had a wobbly moment wondering if I was accidentally stalking you. In that case I'll keep right on bullying you!

    Hope you get your voice back soon. When that happened to me, i would squeak something at my husband, and he'd say 'what?' and I'd have to squeak it again!

    Here's to the next kg, don't forget, try and keep your tummy muscles held in when you're walking.

    Well done Stacey, the first kg gone so you are doing something right. Would you like another simple step? Alongside the positive thinking, try pulling in your stomach muscles and holding them there every time you walk or stand.
