I will find my happy, silly self again, and in the process get my weight in the healthy range again... It isn't going to be easy since I will be doing it on my own. I have to let go of an awful lot of hurt and push myself like never before, but I'm tired of being in background of life. I'm not going to keep letting my job come before my family life, and if I don't get my energy level up it will always have control over me!!! Enough is Enough....

To get up and move!!! Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!!!!

To pay attention to the foods that I eat and why I eat when I do eat.
To make the best food choices possible.

To Journal, to release my mind of all unnecessary cluture, to let it go.

To enjoy my days, not be consumed with doubt and sadness.

To be the best mom & wife possible

And along the way love the person that I am.


My Program:
No Program ! However I seriously need one!!!

I need to be in a boot camp!! I need to get my butt chewed out for not staying on task!!!

I also need support and friendship, to pick me up when I fall so that I stop running away when I can't do it anymore. .



Personal Information:
I have been married almost 18 years to my wonderful hubby who I love whole heartedly. I have two daughters who keep me on my toes and make me want to pull my hair out. But I owe them my life.
We have 2 cats, our oldest, 11 year old black cat Anakin who rules the home front, next I adopted a 6 day old gray kitten who is now 2.5 yrs old, Mouse, whose a barn cat( went for a nightly hunt and we got hammered with 2+ft of snow and he hasn't been home since =( We now have the plessure of taking care of a 4 month old Chihuahua/Dachshund named Loomie who reminds me everyday why I don't want any more babies in the house!


Other Information:
Um lets see, believe it or not I have a hard time talking about the "good" things about me. I enjoy being with friends and extended family. I love entertaining. Some of my favorite hobbies are Scrapbooking, card making, jewelry making, painting & cake decorating.

    Hi stacie, how is the positive thinking going this week. I finally got my kitchen back and will cook in it tomorrow, but today treated myself to a donor kebab! I did stick to my rules though, and eat when I was hungry, and stopped when I was full.

    Thanks for adding me to you list of sparkfriends. Your feed says that you are trying for a better attitude, try some positive thinking. When you get up, look at yourself in the mirror and find something to like. Perhaps your skin is really smooth, or your hair shiny. Perhaps you have dimples. When you look at your family or work colleagues find something nice to think about them. Your expression will reflect that positive response and look kinder and gentler. Keep looking for positives, remember it could be worse. emoticon

    Hi Staci! Yeah...I live in Crystal, Michigan which is in the middle of the mitten...don't ya just love Michigan...can usually use your palm to 'show' people where you live...LOL! We got about 18" of snow. Kids have been out of school for 3 days now. Today it's bitter cold! That's winter for ya though...it hasn't been that bad up to now. Couple more months and it'll get better.

    Glad you didn't get all that snow...causes a lot of work!

    You know you can do this. Don't live to eat, eat to live...seriously!

    Food isn't everthing. I have had to tell myself this over and over again. Especially since I am on the road and have to eat out 2 times per day. It is very hard.

    Get a beautiful notepad and start tracking, it really is the best thing!
