Introduction Text I have so many exciting times in my life to look forward to and I want to be prepared for them with a slimmer, healthy body. By losing weight, I will be able to enjoy not only these special moments but each day by feeling better and looking better. My goal with Spark is to finally learn that it is a lifestyle change I need and that I cannot react to stress in my life by returning to former bad eating habits and dropping my exercise. My wish is to take care of this body God has given me and go to Him instead of food in tough times! Amen!!

I will track my food each day and evaluate where any problems lie. I will exercise at least 5 days a week-cardio and strength I will try to support others and take my mind off myself and try to be a blessing to others.



I work full time as an oncology nurse and absolutely love my job and our patients! I am also a lover of music. I sing and play piano and pipe organ and also direct a choir. I love to read. My husband and I are both trying to adjust to a recent empty nest- Our first summer of just us 2. A little lonesome and listless at times. I also love sports.
