Introduction Text When I lost my weight I thought I would never gain it back. I felt sorta like Oprah did. Well I lost 25 pounds and put 20 back on slowly. Today I am back on the wagon and plan to track my food each day for the other way was not working. I must report to myself to stay on track. Otherwise I am like a spoiled child doing as I please. That did not feel good either. I will make it work again.

My goal is to lose 20 pounds. To eat healthy and be good to myself. To remember my life will follow my thoughts so be good to myself.

Go to Curves 5 days a week. Walk 45 minutes every day. Enjoy each day.

I moved to Texas from Indiana in 1976. My husband died in 2001 and never dreamed I would fall in love again. I met my fiance in 2005. Life is so different now. I have 2 sons and 6 grandchildren.

I love to read and travel. It is just fun getting in that car and going. I enjoy cooking and even like to clean. I love retirement and getting to do each day just whatever we decide to do that day. It is allot different than working for sure. I love and need Jesus each and every day.
