1. Loose 10 pounds a month.
2. Manage my depression using a mixed strategy.
3. Maintain grace and gratefulness for everything I have.
4. Take small steps every day to move forward while living mindfully now.
5. Have FUN.
6. Get truly physically fit, working through all of the issue with my back on a daily basis.
7. PLAY TENNIS AGAIN!
