Introduction Text My name is Debbie! I am 32 years old! I have a fantabulous husband and 2 beautiful children. They are 15 and 12! I know that it won't be easy, but I NEED to recondition my life to become a happier, healthier, skinnier me!!

Goals: 1. Weight 150lbs! I would be losing a whole person! 2. Lessen my chance of being diabetic! 3. Lessen my chances of developing any health issues associated with weight problems! 4. Be able to hike up a mountain without feeling like I'm about to die! 5. Fit into a size 12!

1. I'm trying to stay within a calorie range of 1600 - 2000 a day! 2. Exercise at least 4 times a week! 3. An average loss of 3 lbs a week!

My name is Debbie! I'm from a VERY rural area in Central Pennsylvania! I will be 32 years old this year. I am married to a wonderful man named Ron! I have two beautiful children. Corissa is 14! Ethan is 11! I run a printing press! Not glamorous, but it pays the bills!

I absolutely love James Patterson! He is my favorite author to date! In the past I have been a fan to Stephen King, Dean Koontz, VC Andrews, Isaac Asimov, and John Grisham! I also like Anne Rice and J.K. Rowling (i just love that Harry Potter) but I haven't read anything by them recently. Movies and Music, I'm up for about anything! I def. have my favorites but I'm not too picky! We love to travel. If I could do it for a living that would be fantastic. We've been to Nevada, Arizona, Utah, California, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Ohio, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusettes, New York and tons of places in Pa! We haven't had the opportunity to leave the country yet but maybe sometime. My reward if I reach my weight goal will to be a trip to Yosemite National Park!
