eating healthy loosing weight is a great side effect

Hi everyone. My name is Glo and I have struggled all my life with my weight, I have gone from starving myself to a size 22-24 to starving myself and the cycle repeats itself. I have been in and out of OA for years. My recovery is like my wieght. up and down. I have 3 boys and have been married for 22 years.I am a RN and lactation consultant.
