Hi, my name is Shardai. I am 23 years old and have 122 pounds to lose. My biggest problem is emotional eating and lack of motivation. I know all the right things to do but just don't do it. In April of 2010, I was at my all time high at 350. I came down to 280 and promised to never get that high again.
