I am a 75 year old woman who exercises almost every day but my problem is food. Stopped drinking pop/soda (depending on where you live) and now drink unsweetened tea still not losing much.

    I'm not that young as I will be 46 this year. As far as sodium goes I do over do it sometimes but when I say I saw things I only use a dash and I'm very careful about it as much as I can be
