My Goals:
Get at least 8,000+ (hopefully 10,000) steps and 30 min of fitness in each day - consecutively!

Goals/Accomplishments:
√ 10 lb by Memorial Day; Actual -11 lbs


My Program:
 Burn 450+ calories a day! Follow the calorie suggestions for my program.
