 ~Cutting back on my intake of food!

~Cutting back on the amount of sugary drinks I intake!

~Staying all SPARKED up!! WOOHOO!!

    I was just reading your spark page. Way to go on your loss of 6 lbs. last week, that's awesome! !!You seem to be very motivated, that is great. I know you will reach all your goals with the help of this site and your strong faith.
    I know if it were not for the good Lord, I would not have been able to make it this far already. I have truely been blessed, and my prayers have answered.
