    Hi, hope you are really sparlkin these days!!! Love your name goes with your name and with Spark and perhaps your nature. We were in Wpg. this summer for a day, had dinner with my cousin. The weather was great. I hope you are feeling good these days and "Arthur I. Tis" is being kind these days and allowing you some painless days and nights.

    I check in to this team once in a while because I was born in MB but have lived in AB since 1969. Have family, what's left of it in P la P. In fact, going there for our annual visit tomorrow or Friday depending if DH gets a call to inspect more crops for hail damage.

    It's hard to stay in touch with this team because it seems only Prairie Crocus has been manning the post but I do poke my head in now and again.

    Hope you are feeling better and better as time goes on. I believe arthritis and a host of other health issues revolve around all the inflammation we carry around in our bodies.

    Enjoy the summer, I hear it's hot in the 'Peg!!'

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.
