A lifetime of yo-yo dieting took a turn for the better when I joined Spark and - over time - acquired some new tools for a healthier lifestyle. Words of wisdom from Spark and the Spark community taught me a lot about handling cravings and emotional eating and my relationship to myself and my body... i'm still learning.
