2021 - I'm a Casual Traveler for 8 weeks in the 5% Winter Challenge.

2020 - I started recording on Spark People June 13 weighing 198.6
I joined the twelve week Biggest Loser Challenge in September. With the Groovy Geckos support I lost 9+ pounds. A lot happened that fall. Two family members needed extra help, so I switched to a new challenge for January.

Reasons to lose weight:
1. To live a little longer if it may be.
2. To improve my health.
3. To have the strength to carry needed groceries into the house.
4. To lose the start of a double chin.
5. To have energy to walk further.
6. To have the joy of accomplishing it.
7. To be a good example to others.
8. To look better in my clothes.
9. To lose any and all obsessions with food.
10. To surprise my doctor who is also a little overweight.
