Thank you.!I hope to keep it up,but the body does not always cooperate. The reason I was so revved up is I have been fighting with 5lbs or so for the longest time, so it was very gratifying to see that much disappear, hopefully by next weigh ..in I will have gone over the plateau

No run yesterday - I did outdoor yoga. My knee is feeling better, so I was supposed to go this morning, but I did not because I was up WAY TOO LATE last night finishing up some work. I am thinking about going out right now, though, during lunch! I don't want to fall behind in my training!!! I have 9.5 planned for Saturday - DREADING IT.

I'm not sure if the pool float will work or not, but it's wort a shot, lol! I know the foam rollers need to be a certain density to apply appropriate pressure. Ours is about 4" in diameter, and I can sit on it at 143 pounds and it doesn't give but just a teeny bit.
The 8 miler was so tough. I didn't think I'd make it through it. But then again, I felt that way for the 6.5 mile run, so perhaps it'll be like that for every run I do! 3435 days ago
