Introduction Text My name is Donna, i am mother of 3 and grandmother of 16. I had some great success with Spark before and now need motivation to lose weight and improve my health.

To get healthier and be in better condition and shape.

I am watching my calorie intake as well fats. I try to control carb intake because I feel better when I do not eat as many carbs. I try to be more active and get regular exercise/

I like to read and crochet. I like watersports and going to the lake in the summer. I have recently started sewing more, and am really enjoying that. I love the Oklahoma Sooners and the Dallas Cowboys. My favorite author is James Patterson. I have all but I think one of his books, and it is one of the early ones I have not been able to get.
