Year 2010!!

Stop begging people to stay...LET THEM GO!!!
If you are holding on to something that doesn't belong to you and
was never intended for your life, then you need to...LET IT GO!!!

If someone can't treat you right, love you back, and see your worth...LET IT GO!!!
If someone has angered you...LET IT GO!!!
If you are holding on to some thoughts of evil and revenge...LET IT GO!!!
If you are involved in a wrong relationship or addiction...LET IT GO!!!
If you are holding on to a job that no longer meets your needs or talents...LET IT GO!!!
If you have a bad attitude...LET IT GO!!!
If you keep judging others to make yourself feel better...LET IT GO!!!
If you're stuck in the past and God is trying to take you to a new level in Him...LET IT GO!!!
If you are struggling with the healing of a broken relationship...LET IT GO!!!
If you keep trying to help someone who won't even try to help themselves...LET IT GO!!!
If you're feeling depressed and stressed ...LET IT GO!!!
If there is a particular situation you are so used to handling yourself and God is saying,
"Take your hands off of it," then you need to...LET IT GO!!!

Let the past be the past.
Forget the former things.

If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.
Happy moments, praise God.
Difficult moments, seek God.
Quiet moments, worship God.
Painful moments, trust God.
Every moment, thank God.

This is my strategy for 2010...Let it go!

Update!!!!!!!!! I cannot wait until September 1st, i'll be back to the gym, excerising all my weight off!!!, I have gained back all the weight I lost and a few more since I have stopped dieting, and its so depressing. I'm done being the fat girl!!!! I'll keep you guys posted!!!

Don't Quit

When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
And you feel like the biggest failure in town.
When you want to give up just because you gave in,
and forget all about being healthy and thin.
So What! You went over your points a bit,
It's your next move that counts...So don't you quit!
It's a moment of truth, it's an attitude change.
It's learning the skills to get back in your range.
It's telling yourself, "You've done great up till now.
You can take on this challenge and beat it somehow."
It's part of your journey toward reaching your goal.
You're still gonna make it, just stay in control.
To stumble and fall is not a disgrace,
If you summon the will to get back in the race.
But, often the struggler's, when loosing their grip,
Just throw in the towel and continue to slip.
And learn too late when the damage is done,
that the race wasn't over...they still could have won.
Lifestyle change can be awkward and slow,
but facing each challenge will help you grow.
Success is failure turned inside out,

Mini Goal:

To loose 10lbs in February, I will weigh myself on the 28th of February and the scale must say 10lbs lighter!!!

My Program:
Moderation is the key. I try not to cut out any food group. I just eat in moderation.

I am from Antigua an island in the Caribbean. We have 365 beaches one for everyday in the year.
