Absolutely love your comment about your wired phone remark. Once I was telling my kids how about "party lines" out in the country and they were astounded that families shared the same phone line!

Good morning to you too! Have you tried nursing homes on the job search. Kelley's first job after she passed her exam was in a nursing home and she loves it. She always thought she wanted to do the hospital scene, but after she started in geriatrics, she loves it. Also, she works for a contract company. She makes a lot more money than the hospitals or out patient therapy makes.

Hello there, So glad you stopped by. Fingers crossed for your PTA exam. I spent many a night helping my daughter study for her test. She is working in the geriatrics field and loves it. Her professor told them that when they started doing their job, it would fall into place. Her first job out of college was at a nursing home. She knew then that is where she was meant to be.

I was always skinny as a rail, and started gaining weight my senior year of high school. My future father-in-law at that time made a bet with me I would be over 155 at graduation. So the dieting began and I was 155 on the dot graduation day. Then I started gaining more. My heaviest was right around 205. Thankfully I have not gotten back up to that point. I was 183 when I started SP. I am fighting it tooth and nail and hopefully I will get the scale moving back down. It's a battle, but a battle worth winning.
