Stay at or below 175 pounds, melt off the last layer of fat covering up my ab work, build more muscle, tone, endurance and overall strength. No sense in weight loss if my muscle tone isn't there! On the other hand, if I gain 5-10 pounds of muscle with the tone, then who's to complain?

I finished my first round of the Power90X program!! I can't tell you how good this program is. How about some P90XPlus after this round is done? I'll start that challenge in 2 weeks! I'm nearly flabbergasted at how well my body has responded and adapted to this very tough but crazy fun program. One of my pics on the following page shows how 3 small words adds up to some serious results in a short amount of time - decide, commit, succeed. I'm out to get even more ripped and cut, build overall tone and to prepare for my semi-annual Army physical fitness tests. I can't run the 2 miles for the test but I can walk 2.5 miles in 30 minutes! Let's see if all the young pups can keep up with this old dog!

Army Reservist with *bad* knees but I'm living proof you don't have to run to stay in shape and have strength and muscle tone. I'm always looking for ways to show all the young pups running around that old age and treachery will *always* overcome youth and skill.
