Hi,
my name is Sam (short for Samantha) and I am ridiculously excited to be here. I have no idea what I am doing but thats sorta the fun of it....right? Admittedly, I am on here for a plethora of reasons: weight loss, HORRIBLE dieting, and inconsistent fitness. Also: I tend to be a tad of an extremist, so I am hoping reading articles on here and talking with other members will help me be somewhat less....enthusiastic :)

My Goals:
I would like to get my weight between 130 and 140 lbs, I want to be able to do a minimum of 50 push ups, 50 pull ups, 50 military pull ups, 50 dips, 1000 crunches, run at 8.0 km/hr for 1 hour, and complete an overhead obstacle course.
