Introduction Text Hi, I'm a 36 year old mom of 2 boys. I have at least 50 lbs. to go. I have been with spark since 2010 and was doing really well, then I got pregnant. There wasn't a great way for me to track my pregnancy goals on spark so I tried to use fit pregnancy. It didn't work for me and I fell off the wagon. Luckily I ended up eating very healthy during my pregnancy and ended up losing weight. Unfortunately, by the time my son was almost a year I had started gaining again and then I got pregnant with my youngest. Everything went downhill from there. I had a hard pregnancy and right after having my son got a shoulder injury which made everyday tasks extremely difficult. Spring of 2016 I decided to give Medical Weight Loss Clinic a try. They were expensive and you have to use their products (which have a TON of sodium in them.) I lost 23 pounds with them, whoo! Now my plan has run out of time and I can't justify spending more $ when I should be able to make better choices (that better fit my lifestyle & I won't have to lug around "special" food.) So, here we go, -again-

I want to lose weight and tone my body to have more energy and feel/look better. Specifically I want to be more comfortable in a swimsuit.

I am challenging myself to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, exercise at least 3 times a week and to eat healthier.
