My Road to Losing the Baby Weight
I'm Steph! Excited to lose weight, start a regiment and be consistently motivated. 2 Toddlers, so I'm always on the move, finding odd times to workout, and making mindful eating decisions. 90lbs to lose to goal, a 4/6 pant (that's really the goal)! Let's motivate each other!!

My Goals:
I want to be able to live an active lifestyle and challenge my body constantly.
I have 2 kids now! I need the energy to keep up with them.
My fashion goal - has not gone away - I need to fit into that 4/6!
My Program:
Fitness:
**Complete a 5K and a 10K
**Regain my endurance with running hills and long distances 4 days a week.
Nutrition:
**Eating clean
**More Greens
Mental:
**Pray! Every night and focus on my goals.
Review my goal board every morning.
Personal Information:
Having my boys teaches me to be more efficient with every free moment I get.
My goal is to start running again and to get back to my 8 minute mile.
Other Information:
I'm really excited to go on this journey...it'll be tough but I'm up for the challenge.
