Hi! I am a stay at home Mom of one son. He is 15 and a Sophomore in High School now.
I have been on my journey for 2 years now. 2 years ago in January I was in the hospital with a blood clot in my left leg. I then found out that I have Type 2 Diabetes.
I went on a low carb diet and exercise. I have since lost 95 pounds and am feeling the best I have in a long time.

My next goal is to get to 160 hopefully by mid October. My ultimate goal is to be at 130 and size 8. Boy won't that be amazing. I feel amazing already!

I am a member at Spiece Fitness and love water aerobics, walking, and other group classes. .
