Introduction Text This Has been a roller coaster Ride for me and my weight . Right now I Am going down in weight So I hope it keeps going. I need to keep going !!! 9/3/07--start SP 9/17/07--lost 5 lbs.!!!! 9/24/07-- lost 2 inches !!!!!! 10/3/07--lost 1 lb &1 inch off my waist !!!!! 10/4/07 ------179 lbs! out of the 80's!!! 10/12/07--Another lb.- 178 !!! 10/20/07--lost one--177 --one more pound till 10 lost!!!!! 11/20/07- 175 lbs. 11 lost 12/13/07 174 lbs. MARCH 'O8 171 LBS Still struggling 4/30/2008 JAN- 2009 Trying to start again !! my weight is back ------ 180 lbs !!!!!! Bad ,Bad ,Bad !!! Feb- 2010 172.1 -Back Again !!!! June 26 2010 ! I am at 161 lbs. total of 20 lbs lost !!!! it took awhile but it came off !!!! Now i am a Stand still . But that is OK ! August 2010 I am at 165 ! time to switch things up !!!! Make the rest go away !!! at least i feel good.

I plan to loose a good amount of weight and feel healthy .And Learn to Love me for me !!!!!!!!!

muscle training and lots of cardio especialy walking! Trying to eat right .and get lots of support and info.

I am a christian ,but not a bible thumper. love to read a good book. have a nice glass of wine and enjoy time to think(that dosen't happen very often w/ kids)I also love to listen to all music. I always try to find the positive in everything and everyone.
