My short term goal is to lose 14 pounds by January 1, 2014 I will be 199 pounds then.

My Program:
 I'm using Billy Blank DVd's and soon I will be using Shaun T's Rocking Body DvD's. I'm also going to do my first 5k run and walk Nov 9th.
