Back Again!


Starting all over! I lost about 20lbs a year ago. Sadly, I've gained about 10 of it back. I hope if I start tracking again....and exercising (which I hate!); I can get back on track in about a month.

My Goals:
My long term goal is to learn to live a healthy life style that I can maintain long term.

My Program:
 SP has designed a diet between 1200-1500 calories per day for me. So far I've been successful with this and have lost about 1lb.per week.

Exercise has never been my thing but I've become more and more committed to changing that. I'm walking 7 or 8 miles per week as well as doing some strength training. It was pretty difficult at first but it's getting easier and easier as I begin to see results.

 I have a toy poodle named Lillian Rose; we call her Lilly. She's the baby in our blended family.

I love to garden. Flowers are my favorite but I also have a vegetable garden as well as lots of herbs.
