To live an increasingly healthy lifestyle, physically, emotionally and spiritually.



My Program:
CONSISTENTLY:

DO IT AND DO IT AGAIN TO WIN!!!

1) tracking my food daily;
2) daily water intake 100 oz.;
3) exercising 30 minutes a day five times a week;
4) eating healthier food.



Personal Information:
I am on a journey to beome healthy, energetic and proud not only of who I am but how I look. Every day I learn something new from Sparks to help me forward in my journey. My Sunny Gals are my never ending support.
