Well-for those of you who look at my page, you'll probably see somewhere that I joined in 2004. I may have joined then, but didn't really get serious until Jan 2010. Since then, I have tried to be consistent in exercise and eating habits. I was doing great! Then in the summer of 2010, I was in the hospital with an asthma attack. All the weight I had lost came back. I almost felt like giving up. My doctor told me to just start back slowly and soon I'll be back to where I was. Well, I'm working on it. Even if I do just 20 min of Wii Fit free step, I feel as though I've accomplished something. On most Saturdays I join another SP member for walks at the high school track. When we started, we'd go for 1/2 an hour. Now-we're up to an hour and at least 9 times around which is about 3 miles. I still have a ways to go, but I'm not pushing myself.

My Goals:
I have just a few goals. The main one is to have my clothes fit & just feel better about how I look. I dislike looking in the mirror because all I see is the 'flab'. And I want to change that.

My Program:
It's a daily struggle, but I try to eat healthy and get at least 90 minutes of exercise a week. Sometimes more! But with my crazy work schedule, its not too easy.

Personal Information:
I'm married, a mother, and a grandmother. They are my life!!

Other Information:
I love to cook and I find that home made tastes so much better and is better for you. I eat mostly gluten free and organic, but nothing frozen or from a box that you 'just add water' to.

    I joined the Coach Nicole 28 Day Challenge team today even though I am on day 26! My DVD player went on the blink and I looked up how to find the plan online. I found it and your team. I don't read spark emails, I have too many at work to deal with. But I added you as a friend. I saw in a photo that you have a granddaughter. I have a 4 month old granddaughter. Aren't they precious? My brother in law and his family lived in Maryland while he worked as an architectural engineer in DC. He's retired in Florida now. I'm in a very hot Arizona but I enjoy the winters. ☺
