i missed harassing you last week. i'm still hoping that you're doing alright. i too haven't been logging in to SP as much as before, but i'm stll tracking my minutes and my weight. we don't have to do EVERYTHING all of the time. i hope that you are still doing at least something.
i did check out the letterboxing team that you're in. i had never heard of letterboxing. i have now started letterboxing and geocaching. found my first of each on the same day. they both seem like a good way to get in some extra steps.
i keep wondering if i need to write your next 301day blog for you to help you get over the hump: did [some] exercise did/n't like it much felt better/worse after having done it. will/might/won't exercise tomorrow.
you can use it more than one day if you like.

OY MIKE! Just wanted to pop in and say congrats on the 500 monthly spark points and Consistency awards! WOOT. My knee turned against me for a debilitating 2-3 week period so I found myself biking to maintain SOME form of cardio. Thank God it's finally let up so now I can hike as well, I just kinda sadly had to scrap the running ambitions I had. That is ok, lots of things to keep the heart pumpin!
