Introduction Text After losing 31 lbs in 2006, I realized i CAN do it! I want to lose 30 more..for me. Not for anyone else. My b/f thinks I'm great the way I am..but I'm not satisfied yet. I have 3 children, and I don't want to be the fat mom that is an embarrassment at school functions. I'm tired of my students asking me if I'm gonna have a baby. I want to look good in jeans and be able to tuck in a shirt w/o having a belly pooch.

I want to be thinner, stronger, sexier, and healthier. I want to set a good example for healthy eating and healthy living for my children, 2 of which are also overweight.

I follow a WW program and do Leslie Sansone dvds. I plan to put more "real" walking and some bike riding into my fitness program as well. I like this site for it's fabulous emails!

I am a single mom of 3 brilliant and beautiful children living in southwest Arkansas, near the TX and LA state lines. I have great friends and support, albeit from far away and online. I wish I had someone closer to help make me more accountable!

I've always been told that I'm "beautiful on the inside". Well now I want to be "beautiful on the outside" as well.
