I am looking to lose 23 pounds and tone up. I want to be comfortable in my own skin and finally be happy with my weight. I rely too much on the number that the scale says and I want to overcome that. I also want to wear shorts and sleeveless shirts.

My Goals:
I want to reach 140 pounds. I turn 30 in January, so I want to start this new chapter of my life healthy and fit! I also want to wear and be comfortable in shorts.

Mini Goals:
By Christmas: 149-DONE!
January 31: 145 DONE (2/11)
March 31: 140

My Program:
 I track everything I eat and I exercise at least 5 days a week by doing workout DVDs, walking and Zumba.

    Not sure how much you are online...but I myself FINALLY got back...after near 2 months AWOL. (Work and home things kept me busy).

    How are things going with you? How is school going? (I will update you with how wifey is doing later....she just started a few weeks ago...and if its like your coursework...which I suspect it is...or was, as you are a term ahead of her I believe....then oh my word...you all are going at breakneck speed!)

    Rotation next week! Cool. I'll tell my wifey that...she will be soooooo jealous. She just got some info herself that her classes will start in August...so she's several months behind you at least now.

    Thing on my end has been gonig well by the way...doing a lot more bike riding these days, and I like that as it gets me outside. Oh...I also had my last session with the personal trainer last Thursday....so we'll see how well I keep up with the strength training...but I don't think it will be an issue as I really like doing that these days.

    How is the running going? Are you having time for that at least?
