Introduction Text Mother of 6, grandmother of 12, great grandmother of 6. I was born in San Francisco and lived in So. San Francisco until high school. Lived in Ogden and then Roy, Ut during high school and then in 30 different places in and around the west. I'm now in Corning, Northern CA. I'm loving life except for the extra weight. I'm living with my oldest daughter, Athena, and her 19yr old son, Tyler. I have 2 dogs, Heidi and Ceasar, and 3 cats; Sir Purrs-a-lot, Charlie Chaplan Folsom, and Ginger Rogers Folsom ( my daughters cats with me while she is with the Marines at Camp Penaton ). Also have a white 16 yr old dove and a 7 yr old latino parraquet who talks. Athena claims the rest of the cats. I think there are 12 that live outside. Oh, we also have a 40 gal fish tank with 4 hugh gold fish and a koi. It is 1.6 miles to walk around my block. I've gotten to the nearest corner and back. I have a bad heart and lungs so I'm taking life at my speed, slow and steady. I just got a pacemaker and I'm feeling a little stronger. Also oxagin.

To concentrate on 10 lbs at a time.. To eat more fruits. To take my medicine and finish eating before 9 pm.

One step at a time. Keep on it.

I was born in San Francisco. I have one sister and 3 brothers. We are spread out all over the country. My girls and their familys are all in the West. A lot of good that does when it comes to visiting, they are far enough away they might as well be on the moon. I miss them being close.

I love to read mysteries and self help books. Sometimes I enjoy needle work and woodburning. I do genealogy and have my German line baack to the 1400's. Now I'm trying to find something for my Irish line that was in San Francisco before the 1906 earthquake when most of the records were destroyed. O well, one day at a time.
