I was here a lot about five years ago, and at that time I lost about 70 pounds, all told. Truth be told, I am not even certain how much I lost because it turned out that my scale was broken.
Anyway.
What with tons of job stress, a job change, and some difficult personal things going on, I have gained about 30 of that back, and now I am looking to lose that weight again. In fact, I would like to lose that and then some, down to probably 155 pounds, which is about ...

What with tons of job stress, a job change, and some difficult personal things going on, I have gained about 30 of that back, and now I am looking to lose that weight again. In fact, I would like to lose that and then some, down to probably 155 pounds, which is about 15 less than I lost before. (Thank you, broken, scale!)
I have my weight goal, because it is a number that I can easily track for motivation. But really, it is about my health. I can really tell the difference in how I feel, and I wish I hadn't allowed myself to gain weight back. However, I can't change the past and I am ok with that. I can change my current habits, and I am happy to be actively working on them again.
